Inclination Reporting
An innovative and exclusive inclinometer instrument is used to measure angles of inclination, tilt, or slope. This is designed to indicate how the pipe behaves between the points of start and finish.
Defect and Alignment Locating
Our robot crawler is fitted with a locating sonde that emits a signal, which can be detected by a handheld receiver on the surface. This specialized tool is used to track its location and depth accurately.
Push Camera Inspection
A CCTV inspection technique used to visually inspect and document the internal condition of smaller diameter pipes (less than 150mm), using a robust, high-quality camera lens attached to the end of a 60m fibreglass rod.
LASER PIPE PROFILING
Ovality Testing
A sophisticated method used to assess the internal geometry and condition of pipes through the use of laser technology. This technique involves scanning the interior of a pipe to create highly accurate profiles of its surface.
3-Dimensional Generation
By attaching a scanning probe to our Rovion crawler, we can generate a 3-dimensional pipe profile based on the data obtained.
